We have found that offering these additional services it streamlines the project, meaning that site managers only need to communicate with us for a large portion of the works, limiting stress and delays on the logistics of organising.
A new build block of 4 flats located in the centre of Broadstairs, Kent. We worked closely with the main contractor to insure our service was safe and efficient.
The project was delivered a week ahead of schedule as we committed four to six person team to it each day.
The roof was nominated for The Confederation of Roofing Contractors roof of the month by The C.O.R.C themselves.

A new build terraced of four houses in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent. This project consisted of 8 bays, 16 velux windows, over 100 solar panel brackets to weather around and a 80m2 grp roof.
The main aim of the project was to keep the continuity of surrounding properties, insuring the development looked like it had always been there.
We worked closely with the developer for months leading up to our start date, carefully sourcing products to suit the area and narrowing down the design of the design of the roof, such as the abutment between the pitched roof and flat roof.
