On all our flat roof projects we can supply the complete package of timber work including the battens, joists and more. To give the complete services that you are after we are also able to supply replacement fascias, soffts and guttering.
Building regulations may require additional insulation - or you may want to add this in to save on your heating bill - and we can build that into the project.
All of our pitched roof is subject to local building control notices and we are happy to work with local councils and help / manage the paperwork involved. All our work complies with household insurance specifications.
It is important to us that we keep you, the client happy so we arrange all necessary scaffolding requirements as well as handle any waste removal, leaving the site clean, neat and tidy on completion.
Once you have got in touch with us, we will come out and see you to understand your requirements and then give you a free, no obligation quotation.
If you are happy with your quotation, we can schedule your project in. Any projects that are over £5000, we ask you for a 20% deposit which is payable by BACS or cheque.
We will then send you an invoice for the balance on completion of the project.
