New Build Terraced Houses, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent

A new build terraced of four houses in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent. This project consisted of 8 bays, 16 velux windows, over 100 solar panel brackets to weather around and a 80m2 grp roof.

The main aim of the project was to keep the continuity of surrounding properties, insuring the development looked like it had always been there.

We worked closely with the developer for months leading up to our start date, carefully sourcing products to suit the area and narrowing down the design of the design of the roof, such as the abutment between the pitched roof and flat roof.
