Replacement Concrete Roof & Solar Panels, North Foreland

Working with other local builder in mid-May, we removed the roof, felted and battoned and supplied and fitted a Redland plain tile.

It was important to the homeowner to keep the traditional look and feel of the building so we selected tiles to keep in with the style of the house.

We used heritage guttering and black fascias as well as bedded on the hip tile and ridge tiles to keep the look.

The roof was then finished to incorporate new Marley inset solar panels which are embedded directly into the roof.
